Quite frankly, that would be not knowing Jesus as one’s personal Lord and Savior, which will result in spending an eternity in hell!
In contrast, the greatest joy in life is to trust Jesus as your Savior by confessing your sinfulness to Him, depending solely upon Him as the Savior of your soul, and following Him as your Lord (or master).
